1 Definitions and Scope

In this document, "joia 9", "we", and "our" refer to the joia 9 platform and its operating entity. "User", "you", and "member" refer to any person who accesses the joia 9 website or application or manages an account.

"Services" refers to all gaming activities provided by joia 9, including casino games, sports betting, live casino, fishing games and all other gaming activities. "Platform" includes the joia 9 website (https://joia-9.cam), mobile application and all associated digital channels.

These terms and conditions apply to all users residing in or accessing the platform from Bangladesh. By entering the platform or creating an account, you are considered to have agreed to all of these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the service.

2 Account Registration and Identity Verification

To use joia 9's services, you must create a valid personal account. Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

2.1 Information Provided at Registration

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Full legal name (as shown on your national identity card)
• Active mobile number and email address
• Date of birth (to verify that you are at least 21 years of age)
• Details of your preferred payment method

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

joia 9 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. This may include scans of your national identity card, passport or any government-issued ID. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

3 Eligibility and Age Requirement

All casino and betting services on joia 9 are for persons aged 21 and above only. Account creation or use of the service by minors is strictly prohibited.

Users in areas of Bangladesh where online gaming activities are prohibited or restricted are responsible for ensuring they comply with their own legal obligations before using this platform.

3.1 Mental Health and Responsible Play

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposits

The following methods are available for deposits on joia 9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (applicable for each method).

The payment account provided at the time of deposit must be registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and such transactions may be returned or cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawals

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours, but this may be longer if identity verification is pending.

Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure that the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the requirements may result in the bonus being cancelled.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on joia 9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Transactions in cryptocurrency or foreign currency are not accepted.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Program

5.1 Welcome Bonus

joia 9 offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. A relevant bonus code may be required at the time of the first deposit to claim this bonus. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳3,000, and the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times, i.e. ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus amount has been wagered 20 times. Different contribution rates may apply for different games when calculating wagering.

• Slot games: generally 100% wagering contribution.
• Live casino and table games: a lower contribution rate may apply.
• Sports betting: specific conditions apply.

5.3 VIP Program

joia 9's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 1.0% weekly cashback) and Gold (up to 1.5% weekly cashback). Weekly cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for the week. Example: if a Silver member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, they receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback.

VIP tier promotions and demotions are reviewed based on regular activity. Each bonus and promotion may have its own separate terms, which are described individually on the promotions page.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Misuse of bonus benefits, claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, or attempting to earn bonuses through any other fraudulent means will result in cancellation of the relevant bonus and any winnings earned, and the account may be permanently closed.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on joia 9 are supplied by licensed software providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe and many others. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or through live dealers, and are entirely impartial.

6.1 Bet Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly stated in the game interface. If a bet exceeds the specified bet limit while a bonus is active, that bet will be excluded from bonus wagering.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game round is left incomplete due to a technical issue or network interruption, any bets placed will be adjusted in accordance with the rules of the relevant game. Results that were unintentionally announced due to a technical error may be considered void.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the joia 9 platform:

1. Creating or operating an account using fraudulent information.
2. Using automated bots, scripts or software to conduct gaming or betting.
3. Using the platform for money laundering or as a source of illegal funds.
4. Collusion or use of multiple accounts to circumvent the bonus system.
5. Attempting to access another user's account.
6. Interfering with the platform's security systems or attempting to hack.
7. Harassing or behaving disrespectfully towards other users.
8. Commercial advertising on the platform or third-party promotion without joia 9's permission.

Participation in any of the above activities will result in account closure without notice, forfeiture of balance and, where necessary, legal action.

8 Account Suspension, Closure and Balance Return

joia 9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason. In particular, an account may be suspended if suspicious activity, a breach of terms, or incomplete identity verification is detected.

8.1 Account Closure at User Request

If a user wishes to close their account, they may contact the support team. All pending withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is closed and any valid balance will be returned.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

joia 9 believes in responsible gaming. Any member who wishes to exclude themselves from the platform for a set period may use the self-exclusion feature. During this period it will not be possible to log in to the account and promotional communications will be stopped.

10 Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, joia 9 will not be liable for:

The user agrees to indemnify joia 9, its officers, employees and partners against any claims, losses or expenses arising from their breach of these terms or any unlawful activity.

11 Changes and Updates to the Terms

joia 9 reserves the right to change, add to or cancel these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, notice will be provided via the registered email address or on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms. You are therefore advised to visit this page regularly and check for updates.

Even if any section of these terms and conditions is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue in full effect.
